As wine lovers, we are always curious to find out how the aging process affects the wine we drink.The event provided us with a great opportunity to discuss this particular topic.

Our selections are from the same vineyards, made by the same winemakers, but with different vintages.It's amazing how much difference there is.Everyone was able to figure them out.Another pleasant outcome was that people got a better understanding of their personal preferences.
