Blind Tasting for the First Time

For all the guests, this was their first time participating in a wine blind tasting. There is something very interesting about blind tasting.

A welcome wine woke up people's noses and taste buds. Basic wine tasting skills were demonstrated by Ariel, a professional wine educator. Three whites and three reds of different varieties were blind tasted. While Ariel explained the differences between these wines, guests attempted to identify which one was which.

The experience was really enjoyable. It also helped people find out what they like without having to look at label information, price information, etc.

Also, thank you to Poline, who created and arranged all florals for this event.Dark red roses were chosen as the theme to impart a sense of mystery.
